I just wanted to welcome you into OWKiAJ Serenity. Though, there is no physical door, there is an energetic one. 

And yes, it is truly spelled that way: OWKiAJ. While it may look a little strange, and it probably sounds a little strange at first, I hope you come to understand it like I have. And maybe even use it like I do.

During a meditation earlier this year (2025), when I couldn’t find a good name for an energy-practice- I was visited during the meditation, by my maternal grandparents. They have both passed, many years ago at this point. But, they were showing their support in what I was doing, by helping me come up with the name. The OW is quite literally my grandfather’s initials, as are the AJ initial’s- my grandmother’s. But in helping me they also gave me the key to the meaning of OWKiAJ:

Because if you have an “Ow” of some kind, you would likely want to come see a healing practitioner – or someone like me. And with Reiki, we literally provide Life Force Energy which is known as “Ki”. And they kept saying to me that people would leave feeling empowered, stronger, revitalized – and wouldn’t you know, the definitions I found for “AJ”… Spiritually, AJ means overcoming lower frequencies or vibrations within our self, to bring in a sense of resurrection. It can also mean Powerful and complete; Intellectual. And Serenity is just my wish that people find after a session with me. 

But it now goes a step further. OWKiAJ isn’t just my business, or a brand for me. OWKiAJ has become a mantra. When I breathe during meditations. When I inhale, I say “OW”, when I hold the breath I say “Ki”, and when I exhale, I say “AJ”. Breathing life into OWKiAJ. 

I hope you too, can find some serenity in using OWKiAJ as a mantra during meditation.
